Probably once an inn. C18. 3 storeys red brick. Parapet. 4 sashes with glazing
bars intact except for a modern shop window in the west half of the front.
Doorcase in the east half of the house with pilasters, projecting cornice and
6-panel moulded door. At the west end of the building is a narrow strip fronted
with weatherboarding with a curved bay window on the 1st floor with glazing
bars intact and a carriage entrance with doors below that probably led to the
inn yard. The interior has a fine early C19 marble fireplace with urn and leaf
decorations and antique figures.

Nos 86 to 90 (even) form a group.
