Late Medieval timber-framed house altered in C18. Now fronted with sandstone
rubble on the ground floor and tiles above. 2 storeys. 3 windows. 2 of the
1st floor windows are surmounted by gables giving the effect of half dormers.
All sash windows, including the latter have glazing bars intact. Painted brick
porch dated 1700 with the initials B W E. Left side Wing of 2 storeys in similar
style with a Victorian canted bay inserted. Smoke louvre to this wing.

Broadmead Manor and barn form a group.
