Circa 1860. 3 storeys attics and basement stuccoed. Mansard slate roof with
2 pedimented dormers. Vermiculated end quoins. 1 sash and one 3 light bay through
all floors. Round-headed windows to 2nd floor. lst floor has 1 sash flanked
by 2 blanks with cornice and brackets above. Pediment to centre of canted bay.
The ground floor has one 3 light cambered sash and cambered windows to the bay.
Cast iron flower guards to ground and 1st floor windows. Porches in side extensions.

Nos 1 to 11 (odd) and No 12B form a group with Nos 15 to 31 (odd).
