Circa 1860, 3 storeys attics and basement stuccoed. Irregular plan. Hipped
slate roof with 5 pedimented dormers. Bracket eaves cornice, The front elevation
has 2 windows and a 3 light canted bay through 3 flows. The side elevation
has a 3 light canted bay and one other window. Verticals only except for the
ground floor, The 2nd floor window are set in cambered architraves with keystones.
The lst floor windows are set in round headed architraves with keystones. Most
ground floor windows have cornices and console brackets, the front elevation
has some stone balustrading underneath the 1st floor windows. Cast iron balcony
to ground floor and tent-shaped canopy and verandah to right hand side with corrugated
iron canopy. Dooroase with 4 plain pilasters with central 4 panelled door flanked
by narrow lights. Flight of stone steps to street.
