Mainly C18 but part is older. Originally 3 farm cottages. 2 storeys, part painted
brick the right hand wing painted weather-boarding. The weatherboarded portion
has an outside chimneystack and a 3 light canted bay on the ground floor. The
brick section has a hipped roof and trellis work porch. Doorway on south side
with flat hood only.
Cooling Farmhouse and Coolinge House form a group.
