Built by Joseph Gardner 1873-4. 2 storeys and basement. The front elevation
is stuccoed, the rest is of stock brick. Slate roof. Pediment with modillion
cornice and stone balustraded parapet. Dentilled cornice. 4 massive coupled
Composite columns through 2 storeys with Composite pilasters to the corners.
2 round windows to the lst floors. Triple round-headed windows to the ground
floor. Round-headed arch and curved steps to street.
