Dated 1822. 2 storeys and semi-basement. The 2 upper floors are roughcast.
The semi-basement is stuccoed and rusticated. The side elevation is weatherboarded.
Hipped slate roof with 1 curved dormer. 3 sashes with glazing bars intact and
Venetian shutters. Trellised porch and steps with handrail. A garage has been
built which joins the property to Grafton Cottage with a room over.

Grafton Cottage, Regency Cottage and Nos 1 to 10 (consec) Wellington Terrace form a
group. (Nos 1 to l0 (consec) Wellington Terrace are buildings of local interest).
