6/1 Brenzett Place

GV II

Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Red brick in Flemish bond with
plain tile roof. Double depth. 2 storeys on brick plinth. Flat-
soffitted eaves project from slightly recessed wall-plate. Hipped
roof, hips returning to right and left. Slightly projecting brick
end stacks. Regular 3-window front of two 16-pane and one 12-pane
recessed glazing-bar sashes with splayed rendered voussoirs.
Ground-floor windows have small later blind-boxes. Central panelled
door up 2 steps with plain rectangular fanlight and splayed rendered
voussoirs. Interior not inspected.
