GV II

Shop and house. Early-to-mid C19. Timber framed. Ground floor weather-
boarded, first floor tile hung. Right and left gable ends weatherboarded.
Plain tile roof. Double depth. 2 storeys. Hipped roof, hips returning
to right and left. 2 rear stacks. Regular 2-window front of 6-pane
glazing bar sashes. Ground floor shop front with 2 canted bay windows and
central glazed door under continuous plain-tiled pentice. Interior not
inspected. Listed for group value only.
