Farmhouse. Late C18 or early C19. Chequered red and grey brick. First floor and rear elevation of rear left wing tile hung. Plain tile roof. 2 storeys. Plat band to 3 central bays. Cogged brick eaves cornice to front and side elevations, interrupted to front by pilasters, below continuous plain banded brick cornice. Hipped roof, hips returning along right and left wings. Brick end stacks. 4 plain brick pilasters flanking each window bay, forming 3 broad central bays and 2 narrow outer bays (no pilasters to corners). Regular 3-window front of recessed glazing bar sashes. Central door of 4 fielded panels and 2 top lights, under flat bracketed hood. 2 adjacent rear wings.
