House. Mid-to-late C18, possibly with earlier core. Red brick,
largely in Flemish bond. Rear wall tile-hung on first floor. Plain
tile roof. 2 storeys with Ionic modillioned wood eaves cornice.
Projecting gable end stacks. Regular 3-window front of two 12-pane
glazing bar sashes in open boxes and central Venetian window with
splayed brick voussoirs. Central panelled door with rectangular
top light in panelled recess. Wood architrave of unfluted Doric
pilasters surmounted by fluted pilasters and broken-based pediment
with Ionic modillions. Semi-circular fanlight within architrave.
Protected by C19 brick porch with half-glazed C20 door. Single
storey C19 rear addition with half-hipped roof. Interior not inspected.
