II

Farmhouse. Mid C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Brown brick in
irregular patches of Flemish bond. Left gable-end stuccoed. Plain
tile roof. Lobby entry plan of 2 bays and a stack bay, with early-to-
mid C19 bay added to right. 2 storeys and attic on plinth, with plat
band and boxed eaves. Hipped roof. Rear stack towards left end
(central to the C18 house). Hipped dormer in left hip of roof. Irregular
fenestration of 7 windows; four C20 leaded glazing bar sashes, (one to
left and 3 to right of porch) and 3 small fixed lights above porch. C20
ribbed door in C20 brick porch beneath stack. Rear lean-to with stack
towards right end. Interior: exposed timbers. Large fireplace. Only
ground floor inspected.
