GV II

Barn. Early-to-mid C18. Red brick in English bond on stone plinth. Plain
tile roof. Built at right angles to road. Brick-coped gable ends with
kneelers. Small partly round- headed window to west gable end. Central
midstrey, now partly blocked, formerly with arches. Datestone 1739 under
eaves to south side. Interior: front and rear aisles.7 bays. Principal
posts on wooden cills raised on brick plinths. Cut jowls. Archbraces to
arcade plate and tie-beams. Staggered butt purlin roof.
