House, formerly house row, now house. C17, with possibly slightly later
C17 addition to left end. Timber framed, with rendered infilling to main
range, painted brick infilling to addition. Plain tile roof. Main range
of approximately 3 timber-framed bays including narrow central stack bay.
Single-bay addition to left. 2 storeys on stone plinth. Continuous jetty
on shaped brackets to main range. Left end bay has front face flush with
first floor of main range, and jetty to left gable end. Broadly-spaced
studding. Pair of ogee tension braces to each outer bay of main range.
Hipped roof with gablets. Eaves of left end bay project further. Sleder
brick stack rising from front eaves of left end bay. Brick ridge stack to
centre of main range. Irregular fenestration of 4 casements; three 3-light
to main range and one single-light to left end bay. Panelled door to left end
of main range and boarded door to right end. Rear lean-to. Interior not
inspected.
