1/116 Water Farm House

II

Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 with early-to-mid C19 addition to right.
Timber framed. Ground floor rendered, first floor tile-hung. Plain tile
roof. 3 timber-framed bays of C17 house, with fourth bay added to right.
2 storeys. Hipped roof. Slender projecting stack to left and brick ridge
stack to right of centre (former right gable end). Irregular fenestration
of 4 casements; three 3-light and one 2-light. Half-glazed door under
canopy to centre of C17 section. Rear lean-to, increased to 2 storeys in
1920s. Plaque over door: H. Interior: exposed framing. Blocked
W.S.
