Early C19. 2 storeys. Main front faces South. Stuccoed front. 2 windows.
Hipped slate roof; overhanging eaves. Windows in reveals, glazing bars
intact. Round-headed doorways; original surface of doors covered over;
blocked tympana. Entrances now at side. Later lean-to annexe to East
side. North front, flush with street, is of red brick. 0riginally,
cottages belonged to the Home Gunpowder Works.
