5/24 Chesley House

24.1.67 II

House. C16 clad with additions C18-C19. Timber framed and clad
with red brick with plain tiled roof. Two parallel ranges. The rear
c. 1830 in buff brick. Two storeys with cornice to parapet
and hipped roof with gablets and stacks to rear centre and end
left. Four windows alternate-tripartite and glazing bar sashes
on first floor, with 2 tripartite and one glazing bar sash on
ground floor, all with gauged heads. Door to centre left of 6
panels, the top two glazed, in panelled surround with frieze and
pediment. Door of 6 raised and fielded panels with gauged head
to end right.
