1/46 Forge Cottage

GV II

House, C17 and clad C18. Timber framed and clad with painted brick.
Plain tiled roof. L-shaped plan. One storey and attic on high moulded
plinth with 4 raking brick buttresses, and heavy exposed and distorted
wall plate to hipped roof. Central stack and 3 hipped dormers. Three
segmental headed wooden casements and rib and stud door to left. Door
of 4 panels in segmental headed surround to road front. Rear wing with
some exposed framing.
