Corner building to Wood Yard. Early C19. 2 storeys and attics stuccoed. Tiled
roof with 1 dormer. Gable to Oak Street elevation. Parapet with stone coping.
1 sash to each elevation with verticals only. Stringcourse and simple cambered
doorcase to Wood Yard elevation. The Oak Street elevation has a Mid C19 shop
front with console brackets.
Nos 13 and 15 form a group and No 15 forms a group with No 3 Wood Yard.
