Early C19, 2 storey building with slated roof. Tile hung on south and east
sides. 5 box sash windows 1st floor. Small bay ground floor centre glazed
door glazing bars complete. Half round pilasters, entablature over. Similar
window as above and french doors all with shutters much modernised but good.
Main door is in Bowling Street but the house faces Delf Street. 4-panel moulded
door with top panel forming light in 3 circles. Semi-elliptical pilasters
and entablature and one small box sash above.

No 1 (Water Lane House) Bowling Cottage and Nos 3 to 7 (odd) with Nos 1 to 5 (odd)
Vicarage Lane form a group.
