Late Cl? building of yellow and pink brick, tiled roof, eaves mitte+, 2 modern
dormers with glazing bars. Casement on ground floor with glazing bars complete.
Modern oak beaded door. Segmental arches over all ground floor openings.
On Bowling Street elevation 4 casement windows complete with glazing bars.

Nos 3 to 11 (odd) with Nos 2 to 18 (even) and No 32 Bowling Street with Nos 28
to 36 (even) Delf Street form a group.
