Early C17 building refaced in the early C19, 2 storeys, 2 windows, brown brick.
Modillion eaves cornice, glazing bars intact. One curved window on 1st floor.
Contemporary or slightly later shop window below with wooden shutters, but
its horizontal glazing bars missing. Doorway with pilasters, pediment and
6-panel door fielded. The top 2 panels glazed. Tiled roof.

Nos 38 to 54 (even) form a group.
