Mid C18 2 storey building in red brick, blue headers in Flemish bond. Tiled
roof. Eaves cornice. 2 windows on 1st floor, bay window on ground floor, all
glazing bars missing. doorcase and brackets and cornice. 6 panel door with
the upper 2 panels glazed, centre 2 moulded and the lower 2 bead flush.

Nos 13 to 21 (odd) with Nos 2 to 8 (even) Austen's Lane and Nos 12 to 20 even
King Street form a group.
