L-shaped C18 house, but the whole of the exterior of the building would appear
to cover in a C15 interior. 3 storeys, 2 windows facing the street. 5 windows
facing the garden. North-east front painted brick on ground floor, above stuccoed.
Stringcourse above ground floor. Parapet and plain tiled roof. Glazing bars
intact in windows. Doorway in west wing with engaged columns. Projecting
cornice, moulded frieze and 6-panel fielded door within panelled sides matching
door.

Nos 47 to 57 (odd) and Boundary Wall to No 57 with Nos 29 to 35 (odd) and Boundary
Wall Harnet Street and with No 38 Bowling Street form a group.
