A pair circa 1840. 3 storeys and basement brown brick. Parapet and dropped
moulded eaves cornice. 2 sashes each with glazing bars intact. 1st floor
has cast iron balcony. The ground floor is stuccoed with round-headed windows
and round-headed doorcases. Steps to street.

Nos 263 to 270 (consec) form a group.
