Cottage pair, now house. Early C19. Brown brick and slate roof. Two parallel
ranges in Goodnestone Estate style. Identical facades of back-to-back
cottages, 2 storeys, with kneelered gables and central stacks. 3/2, 2 light
Dering windows on each floor and central porch with kneelered gables, and
two 3 light Dering windows on return elevations.
