Cottage row. Early C19 front with C18 rear range, C20 alterations. Buff brick
and part painted brick. Slate roof to front range, plain tiles to rear range.
Two storeys and hipped roof with stacks to left and right and rear left and
right . Four segmental headed glazing bar sashes on each floor, Holly Tree
Cottage with 1970s replacement windows. 2 round headed panelled and half-
glazed doors to centre; half glazed door in gabled porch to right return;
Holly Tree Cottage has entrance in left-hand extension. Rear wing with
kneelered gables. Two storey 1970s extension with garage recessed at end left
(to Holly Cottage), not of special interest. Holly Tree Cottage inside has
old 4-panel doors, original entrance door of 6 panels with moulded edges, and
chimney with ground-floor fireplace. Interiors of other cottages not inspected.
