House. Early C18 to early C19. Red brick and flint extended with
yellow brick. Plain tiled roof. L-shaped building of at least 3
periods. Two storeys and hipped roof on plinth with plat band on
central bays and dogtooth cornice. Projecting hipped wing to right.
Stacks to centre left and to right. Three glazing bar sashes with
central tripartite glazing bar sash on first floor, and 2 glazing bar
sashes and tripartite sash on ground floor with central 6 panelled door,
the top 2 glazed. The central portion is largely of flint and rubble
taken from nearby Richborough Castle.
