House - late C18. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys with
large stack to rear right. One horizontally sliding sash and 1 glazing
bar sash on each floor, those on ground floor with segmental heads, and
central ribbed and studded door. With No.34 adjacent, this was once the
Good Intent Inn.
