10/67 No 2 (Chequer Lodge)

House. Early C18 altered mid C19. Red brick and plain tiled roof.
Two storeys and attic on plinth with moulded wooden eaves cornice to
hipped roof with 2 hipped dormers and stacks to left and to right.
Regular fenestration of 3 sashes on first floor and 2 with cambered
heads on ground floor. Central half-glazed door with moulded cornice
to leaded hood on brackets. Left return: with channelled render, 1
glazing bar sash on each floor and 6 light shop window to right (house
at sometime a bakery).
