2/103 Cook's Farmhouse
GV II

House. Dated 1696. Painted brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys
on plinth with plat band. Kneelered parapet gables with segmental heads.
Stack to end left. Two 3 light wooden casements on each floor. Central
boarded door in C20 gabled porch with re-set date stone inscribed : B

This porch blocks the original full height brick door surround with
moulded open pediment on pilasters. Two storey extension to left with 1
wooden casement on each floor. The gable ends have oval recesses, 3 to
left, 5 (filled in) to right.
