(North Side)
2/194 Mill House

GV II

House. Mid C18. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys and basement
with attic. Plinth and boxed saves, and rendered rusticated quoins to right
to kneelered gable. Two hipped dormers and stacks to end left, rear right
and end right. Three glazing bar sashes on first floor, and 2 with cambered
heads on ground floor. Central door of 6 raised and fielded panels with
rectangular fanlight and flat corniced hood. Basement opening to right and
half-hipped single storey extension with 1 glazing bar sash to left. The
remains of the windmill stand about 30 metres to the west.
