House. Late Cl6. Refronted mid C19. Timber framed and rendered with plain tiled roof. Two
storeys, basement and attic with stack to rear with 1 flat roofed dormer.
Two sashes on first floor and 1 on ground foor with door of 6 raised and
fielded panels, the top 2 glazed. Basement opening in the centre. Interior:
framing evidence of original jetty to road front with brick lined cellar
incorporating the framed exterior truss of No.34 adjacent.
