GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered with slate roof. Three storeys and basement on
plinth with 2 string courses and modillion bracket eaves to hipped roof with
stacks to left and to rear centre. Two glazing bar sashes on second floor and
2 storey canted bay to left with glazing bar sash to right on first floor and
panelled door with rectangular fanlight and cornice on consoles to right on
ground floor. Included for group value.
