Monument. Mid C19. To Ann Elgar Toomer, d. 1828, and the Toomer and
Rowson families. Square moulded plinth on 2 steps with elliptical vase on
base decorated with Greek key motif. The monument is associated with the
nearby Baptist chapel (dated 1835) and records some of the worthies of
Wingham.
