GV II

House. Early C19. Brown brick with red brick to side elevations and
slate roof. Three storeys and basement with modillion eaves and
parapet with stacks to left and to rignt. Regular fenestration of 3
glazing bar sashes on second and first floor, and 2 on ground and basement
floors, all with gauged red brick heads. Central panelled door with
traceried semi-circular fanlight in double rebated surround with keyed
and gauged head and ramped iron rail to steps. Late C19 red brick and
tile hung range to rear. Wall attached to house to left, and returned
along road front, about 6 feet high, swept down as low base for
wooden railings, with central wrought iron gate between piers with ball
finials, of one leaf with scrolled midrail and central enriched panel.
Wall about 20 yards in length along road, with corner piers at each
end.
