5/398 Summerfield Cottage


House. C15. Timber framed and exposed close-studding with plaster infill on flint
base. Thatched roof. Wealden plan. Two storeys with jettied wings to left and
to right and returned to side elevations, with coving in recessed central bays to
hipped roof with stack to centre right. Three leaded wooden casements on each floor
and boarded door to centre right in moulded architrave.
