Outbuilding about 80 metres south east of Tappington Hall

Outbuilding. Mid C19. Red brick and rendered with applied framing with fish-tail tiles. Swiss chalet style. Ground floor now open with two brick bays. Half-hipped roof with terracotta pinnacles, and gable hoist housing with moulded barge board. Mullioned glazed sidelights. Probably originally a granary attached to Tappington Hall farm.
