This adjoins Grove House. C18. 2 storeys. 4 windows. Ground floor red
brick, above tile hung. Half-hipped tiled roof. The southernmost 1st
floor window is in a portion which Joins the 2 houses (perhaps added).
Above it a parapet has been added in modern times continuing that of
Grove House. Early C19 trellised iron porch with tent-shaped canopy on
ground floor beneath this window. Glazing bars missing.
