House.Early C19 'cottage ornee'. Painted brick with thatched roof, extending
beyond eaves to form covered verandah on all sides, resting on rustic timber
supports and rising between these supports to form one small gable in each
bay. 2 storeys and attic with dormers. 2 window north front with ground-
floor thatched bay windows. Modern entrance to west. Later C19 wing to
south.
