Cottage pair, originally farmhouse. C15 with C18/C19 elevations. Timber-framed. Elevations now marked by galletted random rubblestone to left. Red brick to right, all with red dressings and segment-heads on ground floor. Plain tiled roof, hipped to left with central ridge stack and left end stack. Two storeys; four windows, slightly irregular casements. Each cottage has a boarded door roughly central to individual cottage. This pair breaks forward from Nos 13-15 to right, to reveal jowled timber wall-post in re-entrant angle.
