GV II

House. Early-to-mid C18 with mid C19 elevation. Ornamental stucco with plinth
and rusticated quoins. Parapet with moulded cornice to hipped plain tiled roof
with central flat-headed dormar. 2 storeys; 4 window facade, glazing-bar sash
windows with open boxes, one on 1st floor to right blocked. All windows have
moulded stucco architrave surrounds, those on the ground floor further having
projecting entablatures supported on scroll brackets. Half-glazed down up 4
steps in centre with projecting columned porch.
