House, added to earlier block to right (No 72) and replacing part of it. Circa 1780. Red brick with plain tiled hipped roof. Two storeys; two windows, glazing bar sashes with open boxes under gauged segmental heads on ground floor. Central panelled door in wooden architrave surround. Arched over wreathed and radiating fanlight.
