left, kitchen rear right. Service doorway in left end wall.
Kitchen/bakehouse block on right side set well back and projecting a little to
rear. It has a projecting rear lateral stack and an end stack although it has
a one-room plan. This appears to be a mid C19 addition or rebuild. The first

flat roofed Tuscan porch with moulded entablature. Narrow painted bands
project at first floor level between the centre bay and end pilasters

round the other sides and both end walls contain a central panelled door and

pane sash to the kitchen and oculus high in the wall left of centre. Also
circa 1970 full height, glass walled conservatory projects to rear of stairs.
Flat-roofed dormers each end and stairs lit by a lantern which projects from
the middle of--the roof. the front of the kitchen/bakehouse block has another
panelled door with an oculus window above and to right a 16-pane sash on each
floor, 12-pane sashes to rear. Its roof is hipped.
