Plan: Circa 1976 a relatively large oasthouse was converted to 2 houses. The

circular hop kilns on its north end. The stowage is 2 storeys.

Exterior: Regular 5-window front of C20 casements with glazing bars and
includes a first floor doorway (a former loading hatch) with an external
flight of wooden steps. All the openings including the doorways have low
segmental arches over. The roof is half-hipped at the south end. The former
hop kilns have cornices of cogged brick. The tall conical kiln roofs are
complete with cowls.
