Small house and adjoining outbuilding. Probably early C19. Brick; peg-tile
roof; brick stacks.

Plan: The house, which may have originally been used in part for stabling,
faces approximately east. L plan, the main block 2-cell with a central
entrance and a rear right wing. The left hand room of the main block is
heated from an end stack, wing heated from an end stack. Adjoining coach-
house at the right end of the house.

Exterior: 2 storey house, single storey outbuilding. Gable-ended roof to the
house. Coach-house roof hipped. Slightly asymmetrical 3-bay front elevation
to the house with a central C19 plank front door. The ground floor openings
have crank-arched brick voussoirs, painted white. Ground floor window left is
a 16-pane C19 sash. The right hand window is larger with small panes with
iron glazing bars. 2 first floor 16-pane C19 sashes to left and right, first
floor centre 2-light casement, C19 or C20, in a reduced embrasure, perhaps
replacing a loft opening. The coach-house to the right has a pair of C20
full-height metal doors to the left and a small doorway with a cranked arch,
brick voussoirs and a plank door.
