Offices, formerly house. Early C19. Stuccoed with ground floor incised lines to imitate masonry. Hipped slate roof with central stuccoed chimneystack. Three storeys and attics; six windows. Second floor has nine-pane sashes, first floor has twelve-pane sashes and ground floor has fifteen-pane sashes. Band between ground and first floors. Side elevations have one cambered dormers with six-pane sash and one sash and two blanks. Attached on either side are pavilions of a late C20 building for Fidelity International which does not form part of the listing. The interior contains entrance hall with four Tuscan coloured four marble fireplaces and staircase with stick balusters and mahogany handrail.
