A C15 timber-framed building with plaster infilling, the ground floor close-studded,
the 1st floor over-sailing on the protruding ends of the floor joists, bressumer
and brackets with curved braces. Gable at south-east end with attic window
and pendant. Hipped tiled roof. Casement windows with diamond-shaped leaded
panes. Two oriel windows of 5 lights with wooden mullions on 1st floor.
Bay of 2 tiers of 7 lights on ground floor. The south-west and south-east
fronts have been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and tile hung
above.
