C18. Two storeys. Ground floor painted brick, above weatherboarded, each
end wholly weatherboarded. Tiled roof. Three casement windows with small
square leaded panes. Doorcase with flat hood over. Contemporary paving of
Bethersden marble forms footpath in front and extending to south-east about
12 yards.
