Irregular plan. Probably a C17 or earlier timber-framed building refaced in
red brick with C17 chimney stack. Casement windows. The central portion is
flanked by wings with hipped roofs. Extensive C19 red brick additions having
curved gables bearing the crest of the Toke family of Godinton. The courtyard
has a C19 cast iron cylindrical pump with moulded cap and pump handle.
